This apartment is located in Carrer Diputació, in Barcelona. The flat has a favorable rectangular geometry, with two openings in the main façade, and an opposite opening to a patio. 

The project expresses itself on a clear and strong way. A central box contains the bathroom and the kitchen. We place this box in the center of this rectangle, attached to a long wall. This strategy allows as to have a clean and rectangular living area and two bedrooms. The original details of the building are enhanced. The wooden beams in its natural tone are exposed as well as the old brick walls.

The central box stands out of the rest in a light grey color. A mobile sliding doors close the bedrooms from the living area, so the user can enjoys a larger space on the day time hours.
