Complete renovation Project we did in an apartment located in Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra.

The hall, which used to be dark and narrow, with the laundry room attached, becomes to a welcoming space. We reconfigure the laundry room to open it to the hall creating an L-shped wardrobe that hides the washing machines. A continuous cement floor, connects this entrance to the rest of the house. 

The apartment gets an open-plan daily area, with a stunning and strong kitchen presiding the room. 

On the night area, we slightly move the walls to reconfigure the two bathrooms and to add a walk-in closet to the master bedroom.

The most particular issue of the design, is the studio room. That space, between the kitchen and the night area, has a mobile furniture.  A folding bed is hidden next to the wall, behind a book shelf. When the users have a guest, they can set up a new bedroom in few minutes.

The result is a family-friendly apartment, where all the nooks have a function, and the warmth is every detail.
